Known Limitations
Current v0.9.5 boundaries and safe expectations.
v0.9.5 Early Access boundaries
Dreamcatcher v0.9.5 connects existing generated-content, gameplay, UI, audio, VFX, animation, accessibility, localization, and validation foundations through an additive Workflow Bindings layer. The supported workflows are real, but Early Access still has explicit boundaries.
Opt-in, not universal auto-wiring
Supported binding workflows can remove custom glue for those supported paths, but Dreamcatcher does not infer or rewire arbitrary custom or third-party architectures.
Assignment is not Runtime Bound
Existing Assign/Apply metadata remains separate. Use Bind to Runtime for supported promotion; Runtime Bound is committed only after persistence and validation succeed.
Accessibility is not certification
Metadata authoring, focus checks, reduced-motion support, and diagnostics help validation, but they are not a certification of accessibility conformance.
Localization still needs human review
TranslationServer integration, fallbacks, pseudolocalization, and RTL checks do not provide automatic human-quality localization.
Later roadmap scope stays later
Full Starter Game builders, generalized no-code database/relationship editing, comprehensive save migration, complete export/pack hardening, and v1-stable guarantees are not v0.9.5 promises.
Export still uses Godot/platform rules
Export readiness can catch supported binding problems, but export templates, SDKs, signing, platform-holder requirements, accounts, and target-platform testing remain outside Dreamcatcher’s control.
v0.9.5 current boundaries
Workflow Bindings are supported and opt-in; Dreamcatcher does not claim universal auto-wiring or arbitrary script/data inference for unknown project architectures. v0.9.5 also does not claim certified accessibility conformance, automatic human-quality localization, full Starter Game builders, generalized no-code database/relationship editing, comprehensive save migration, complete export/pack hardening, or v1-stable API guarantees.
Dreamcatcher v0.9.5 targets Godot 4.6–4.7, with Godot 4.7.1 recommended. Exact build-level verification remains in the technical QA matrix.
