Journey Beyond Horizons (“JBH,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), operated by Jasser Jaballah, an individual entrepreneur, is committed to protecting your privacy and securing your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) describes how we collect, use, process, store, and disclose your information when you access and use our website, www.jbhprods.com (the “Site“), and all associated services, including Gigs, Subscriptions, the Digital Store, and community features (collectively, the “Services“).
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING OUR SERVICES.
This Policy is integrated into and governed by our Terms of Service Agreement. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you must immediately cease use of our Services.
Scope: This Policy applies to information collected: (i) through our Services; (ii) in electronic communications between you and the Services; (iii) through any mobile and desktop applications we may offer; and (iv) when you otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from our Services.
2. Definitions
- “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. It does not include aggregated or deidentified information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual.
- “Processing” covers any operation performed on Personal Information, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination, combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
- “AI Tools” refers to the artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative models we may use in our Services, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
- “User Content” has the meaning ascribed to it in our Terms of Service.
- All other capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.
3. The Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
a. Information You Provide Directly to Us
- Account and Registration Data: When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or purchase a Gig, we collect information such as your full name, email address, username, password, and billing information.
- Payment Information: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive and store only billing addresses and limited transaction details (e.g., the last four digits of your card, the country of issuance, and the expiration date) for purposes of order fulfillment, accounting, and fraud prevention.
- Communications and User Content: This includes all information you submit when you:
- Use a Gig service (e.g., creative briefs, source materials, feedback).
- Post in community forums, chat services, or comment sections.
- Contact our support team or communicate with us via email or other channels.
- Respond to surveys or provide feedback on our Services.
- Energy and Usage Submissions: Details of your Energy transactions, purchases, and Service usage history.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with our Services, we and our third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to automatically collect:
- Device and Log Information: Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and platform, device type, unique device identifiers, and other technical information.
- Usage Information: Details of your visit and use of our Services, including traffic data, location data (at a country/city level), logs, the full URL clickstream to, through, and from our Site (including date and time), pages you viewed, services you accessed, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
c. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from other sources and combine it with information we collect directly. For example, we may receive information from:
- Our third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.
- Social media platforms if you interact with our profiles or log in through such services.
- Analytics providers, advertising networks, and search information providers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information, including your Personal Information, for the following business purposes:

5. How We Share and Disclose Your Information
We do not and will not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. These entities are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them (e.g., payment processing, data hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, marketing).
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
- Consent: We may share your information with your consent or at your direction.
- Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any business purpose, such as analytics, trends, and improving our Services.
6. International Data Transfers
JBH is operated from the Republic of Tunisia. Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Tunisia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to Tunisia and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Where we transfer Personal Information from the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland to a country not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we will implement appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your Data Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information. These may include the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your Personal Information.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information we hold about you.
- Erase your Personal Information (“right to be forgotten”).

- Withdraw Consent at any time, where we rely on consent as our legal basis for processing.

How to Exercise Your Rights: You can exercise these rights by contacting us at legal@jbhprods.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Please note that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to certain limitations and exceptions under applicable law. For example, we may need to retain certain information for legal compliance or to complete a transaction you initiated.
8. Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, including to provide you with Services, fulfill legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
- Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. If you close your account, we will retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business interests.
- User Content: We retain User Content associated with completed Gigs and projects indefinitely for our business records, portfolio, and marketing purposes, as outlined in our Terms of Service, unless you specifically request deletion and we agree to it.
- Marketing Information: We retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you last expressed interest in our Services.
- Technical Data: We retain automatically collected information for a shorter period of time, typically between 90 days and 3 years, unless we need to retain it for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
9. AI and Data Processing
As detailed in our Terms of Service, our creative process may involve the use of AI Tools. This section provides further detail on the privacy implications:
- Input Data: The information you provide for a Gig (creative briefs, source materials, feedback) serves as input for our creative process, which may include AI Tools. This data is processed to generate the requested Work Product.
- No Training Opt-Out: You acknowledge that the use of AI Tools, including the potential for your anonymized and aggregated User Content to contribute to the tuning and improvement of our proprietary models and methods, is an integral, non-negotiable part of our Service delivery. We do not offer an opt-out from this data processing, as it is fundamental to the functionality and improvement of our Services.
- Output and Ownership: The final Work Product is owned by JBH and licensed to you. We retain the right to use this Work Product for our business purposes, as per our Terms of Service.
- No Disclosure Obligation: Consistent with our Terms, we are under no obligation to disclose the specific AI Tools used, the prompts generated, or the extent of AI involvement in any given deliverable.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (“Children“). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
11. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of your Personal Information. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest.
- Regular security assessments of our Service infrastructure.
- Restricted access to Personal Information on a need-to-know basis for our employees, contractors, and agents.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
