These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Journey Beyond Horizons, Journey Beyond Horizons Productions, and JBH PRODS (“JBH PRODS,” “JBH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website, store, studio services, digital products, software products, subscriptions, downloads, research content, account features, support channels, and related services made available through jbhprods.com or through authorized third-party platforms.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, subscribing to a plan, downloading files, ordering studio services, using software, reading our content, contacting us, or using any part of JBH PRODS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, products, services, downloads, subscriptions, or account features.

JBH PRODS is a strategic media, research, and digital product studio built around the principle of replacing guesswork with behavioral data, demographic research, and high-fidelity creative execution.

JBH PRODS may provide, sell, publish, or make available:

We may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue any product, service, page, plan, feature, or offering at any time, subject to applicable law and any active written agreement.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher, to create an account, place an order, purchase products, subscribe to a plan, or order services.

By using JBH PRODS, you confirm that:

  • you are legally able to enter into these Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you will use the website, products, services, downloads, and account features lawfully;
  • you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law;
  • if you use JBH PRODS on behalf of a company, studio, agency, organization, client, or team, you have authority to do so.

We may refuse access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these requirements are not met.


4. Accounts and Registration

Some features may require an account, including purchases, downloads, subscription access, license management, customer support, restricted resources, order history, or account-based product access.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • keep your login details secure;
  • not share your password or account access with unauthorized users;
  • not create fake, duplicate, misleading, or abusive accounts;
  • update your information when it changes;
  • notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access;

5. Orders, Checkout, and Purchases

When you place an order, purchase a product, subscribe to a plan, or order a service, you agree to provide accurate billing, account, and contact information.

An order is not accepted until payment is completed, the order is confirmed, or we otherwise approve it.

We may refuse, cancel, refund, or limit an order if:

  • payment fails;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • product information or pricing contains an obvious error;
  • the order violates these Terms;
  • the product or service is unavailable;
  • the requested service is outside our scope;
  • the order creates legal, technical, ethical, reputational, or operational risk;
  • we are legally required to refuse or cancel it.

If an order is cancelled after payment, refund handling will follow our Refund Policy and applicable law.


6. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Fees

Prices may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

The use of USD does not change the fact that JBH PRODS is operated from Tunisia.

Prices may exclude taxes, VAT, sales tax, payment processing fees, marketplace fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges unless clearly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing the final price, currency, product details, plan terms, taxes, payment method, and checkout information before completing a purchase.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already confirmed purchases unless there was an obvious pricing error or a legal requirement.


7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, e-commerce tools, marketplaces, or platform checkout systems.

By making a payment, you agree to:

  • pay all applicable fees;
  • provide accurate payment information;
  • comply with the payment provider’s terms;
  • authorize the charge;
  • not use unauthorized payment methods;
  • not initiate false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks.

We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on our own website where payment processors handle the transaction.

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or appears fraudulent, we may suspend access, cancel downloads, revoke licenses, pause services, cancel subscriptions, or restrict the account, subject to applicable law.


8. Studio Services and Custom Work

JBH PRODS offers studio services and consulting packages that may combine immediate digital materials with custom implementation, workshops, research, reports, design, audio, video, or strategic work.

Studio services may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Demographic Blueprint
  • Visual Ecosystem Asset Kit
  • The Acoustic Master Pack
  • The Kinetic Video Engine
  • custom add-ons;
  • strategic workshops;
  • demographic reports;
  • visual identity systems;
  • UI/UX wireframes;
  • audio mixing and mastering;
  • Foley packs;
  • original music;
  • video assembly;
  • storyboarding;
  • motion graphics;
  • color grading;
  • export batches;
  • consulting and feedback.

A Studio package may include:

  • an immediate digital framework, PDF, workbook, or guide;
  • a scheduled workshop or consultation;
  • custom deliverables created after intake;
  • optional add-ons purchased separately;
  • a stated timeline or estimated delivery window.

Unless expressly stated in writing, timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.


9. Studio Capacity

JBH PRODS may limit the number of Studio implementations accepted per month.

If a capacity limit is shown on the website, such as a maximum number of implementations per month, it is used to manage quality, scheduling, and delivery capacity.

Availability may change at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee an immediate delivery slot unless the order is accepted and scheduled.


10. Client Responsibilities for Services

For services, workshops, reports, creative work, design, audio, motion, consulting, or custom deliverables, you agree to:

  • provide accurate project information;
  • provide required files, references, access, briefs, or feedback;
  • respond within reasonable timeframes;
  • review deliverables carefully;
  • request revisions within the allowed revision period;
  • ensure you have the right to provide any materials you submit;
  • avoid submitting unlawful, infringing, confidential, harmful, or unauthorized materials;
  • make final approval decisions before public or commercial use.

JBH PRODS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing information, late feedback, unclear instructions, changed scope, third-party tools, payment delays, or your failure to cooperate.


11. Revisions and Scope

If a service includes revisions, the number, timing, and scope of revisions will be stated on the relevant service page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • revisions must relate to the original scope;
  • revisions do not include a full redesign, new concept, new direction, or new deliverable;
  • additional deliverables require additional payment;
  • major scope changes may reset timelines;
  • missed revision deadlines may result in project closure;
  • subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically create a refund right if the work was delivered according to the agreed scope.

Once you approve a deliverable or use it publicly, it may be treated as accepted.


12. Digital Products and Assets

JBH PRODS may sell or provide digital products, including:

  • PDFs;
  • tactical frameworks;
  • demographic reports;
  • datasets;
  • templates;
  • CSS frameworks;
  • design assets;
  • UI kits;
  • audio loops;
  • sound effects;
  • Foley libraries;
  • music tracks;
  • visual assets;
  • plugins;
  • scripts;
  • tools;
  • documentation;
  • software downloads;
  • creative resources;
  • research files;
  • product bundles.

Digital products are delivered electronically and may become available immediately after purchase.

You are responsible for checking the product description, file format, compatibility, license scope, software requirements, and refund rules before purchasing.


13. Digital Product License

When you purchase, download, receive, or access a JBH PRODS digital product, you receive a license to use that product. You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Unless a product page or written license says otherwise, JBH PRODS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product for permitted personal, internal, creative, educational, professional, or commercial end-product purposes.

This means you may generally use the digital product inside your own finished work, client work, internal materials, creative projects, websites, apps, games, videos, audio projects, reports, presentations, or other end products, provided that the JBH PRODS product is incorporated into a larger work and is not redistributed as a standalone asset.


14. Prohibited Digital Product Uses

Unless JBH PRODS gives written permission, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, share, upload, or give away JBH PRODS digital products as standalone files;
  • upload files to asset-sharing sites, marketplaces, public repositories, torrent sites, cloud folders, Discord/Telegram groups, or free-download libraries;
  • create a competing product, asset pack, template pack, plugin pack, sample pack, or digital library from JBH PRODS products;
  • claim authorship or ownership of JBH PRODS products;
  • allow third parties to extract, download, or reuse the original asset as a standalone file;
  • use JBH PRODS products to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build AI models or datasets unless explicitly allowed;
  • use products in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, privacy-invasive, abusive, or deceptive projects;
  • remove copyright notices, license notices, watermarks, metadata, or technical restrictions where present;
  • bypass license systems, access controls, download limits, or security mechanisms.

Modification does not give you ownership of the original JBH PRODS product or the right to redistribute it.


15. Client Work and Digital Products

You may use a licensed digital product to create a finished deliverable for a client, provided that:

  • the product is incorporated into a larger final work;
  • the client cannot extract or reuse the original JBH PRODS product as a standalone file;
  • you do not transfer source files unless the license allows it;
  • the client receives only the rights necessary to use the final deliverable;
  • you remain responsible for ensuring the client follows the applicable license restrictions.

If a client needs direct access to the original JBH PRODS product, the client must purchase their own license unless JBH PRODS gives written permission.


16. Software Products and Plugins

JBH PRODS may create, sell, or distribute software products, plugins, scripts, tools, and development resources, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress plugins;
  • WooCommerce plugins;
  • Godot plugins;
  • Krita plugins;
  • creative software tools;
  • UI/UX workflow tools;
  • media-management tools;
  • code libraries;
  • automation tools;
  • no-code or low-code toolkits;
  • editor extensions;
  • documentation and related files.

Software products may be sold through jbhprods.com or third-party platforms such as itch.io, plugin marketplaces, or other authorized stores.

You are responsible for checking system requirements before purchase or installation.


17. Software Compatibility and Backups

Before installing, activating, updating, or using any JBH PRODS software product, you are responsible for backing up your website, project, database, files, store, media library, game project, or creative project.

Software compatibility may depend on:

  • WordPress version;
  • WooCommerce version;
  • PHP version;
  • server configuration;
  • hosting limits;
  • database structure;
  • installed themes;
  • installed plugins;
  • Godot version;
  • Krita version;
  • operating system;
  • browser;
  • hardware resources;
  • third-party dependencies;
  • user configuration;
  • file permissions;
  • security settings.

Unless a product page expressly guarantees compatibility, JBH PRODS does not guarantee that a software product will work with every website, server, store, plugin stack, theme, engine version, operating system, hosting environment, project structure, or future software update.

Third-party updates may break compatibility. We may provide updates or fixes at our discretion or according to the product’s stated support/update terms.


18. Media Master Pro for WooCommerce

If you purchase or use Media Master Pro for WooCommerce, you must review the product page, system requirements, license tier, documentation, and refund terms before purchase.

Media Master Pro may include features such as smart product matching, SKU/slug synchronization, WebP conversion, orphan/ghost file scanning, quarantine systems, bulk operations, product/media automation, SEO metadata tools, visual analysis, CLI or command tools, cloud-related features, watermarking, and other media-management functionality.

Because Media Master Pro can interact with WooCommerce products, media files, databases, galleries, metadata, and server files, you must back up your website before using destructive or bulk operations.

You are responsible for reviewing scan reports before deleting, quarantining, replacing, rewriting, syncing, or bulk-processing files.

JBH PRODS is not responsible for data loss, broken galleries, deleted files, store disruption, or SEO changes caused by misuse, failure to back up, unsupported environments, third-party conflicts, incorrect settings, or ignoring warnings.

Where the Media Master Pro product page advertises a specific guarantee, such as a 14-day money-back guarantee, that product-specific guarantee applies according to its stated conditions and our Refund Policy.


19. Dreamcatcher for Godot

If you purchase or use Dreamcatcher for Godot, you must review the product page, version requirements, early-access notice, documentation, included files, license information, and platform notes before purchase.

Dreamcatcher is a Godot toolkit/plugin designed to support no-code, low-code, and standard Godot development workflows.

If Dreamcatcher is labeled as Early Access, beta, preview, founders release, or pre-stable, you acknowledge that:

  • the product is still evolving;
  • features, workflows, documentation, and systems may change;
  • bugs, rough edges, missing polish, or occasional issues may exist;
  • feedback may influence future updates;
  • early-access status alone is not a defect if clearly disclosed before purchase.

You are responsible for backing up your Godot project before installing, updating, disabling, freezing, baking, or modifying any Dreamcatcher systems.

JBH PRODS does not guarantee that Dreamcatcher will support every Godot version, export target, console platform, plugin stack, workflow, or project type. Console exports require official platform SDKs and permissions just like standard Godot projects.

If a product page promises future updates within a specific generation, that promise applies only as described on that product page.


20. Future Software Products

These Terms also apply to future JBH PRODS software products unless a separate license is provided.

Future products may include tools for WordPress, WooCommerce, Godot, Krita, design software, audio software, media production, creative workflows, automation, research, UI/UX, or other platforms.

Each product may have its own:

  • license tier;
  • system requirements;
  • update policy;
  • support policy;
  • refund terms;
  • compatibility notes;
  • documentation;
  • platform-specific restrictions.

You must review the relevant product page before purchase.


21. Updates, Support, and Documentation

Digital products and software products may include documentation, changelogs, updates, support, or future improvements depending on the product page and license tier.

Unless expressly stated on the product page, purchase does not include:

  • lifetime support;
  • unlimited custom support;
  • guaranteed response time;
  • custom installation;
  • custom modifications;
  • custom feature development;
  • support for modified files;
  • support for pirated software;
  • support for unsupported environments;
  • compatibility with all future third-party updates;
  • one-on-one training;
  • server administration;
  • fixing unrelated plugins, themes, projects, or hosting problems.

If a product says it includes future updates, the scope of those updates is limited to what the product page promises.

Major versions, cloud features, compute-heavy features, external APIs, off-server AI tools, or third-party services may require separate pricing, usage passes, subscriptions, or licenses if stated.


22. License Tiers and Website Limits

Some software products may be sold under license tiers, such as personal, solo, team, agency, yearly, lifetime, or website-limited licenses.

You must follow the limits of your purchased license tier.

Unless a product page says otherwise:

  • a one-site license may be used on one production website;
  • a multi-site license may be used only within the stated number of websites;
  • an agency or unlimited license may be subject to fair use and client-work limitations;
  • license keys may not be shared, resold, published, or used outside the permitted scope;
  • license abuse may result in activation limits, revoked access, account suspension, or license termination.

23. Subscriptions and Plans

JBH PRODS may offer free or paid plans, subscriptions, memberships, or account-based access.

Plans may include benefits such as:

  • curated asset drops;
  • Store discounts;
  • Studio discounts;
  • free or included Store downloads;
  • priority email feedback;
  • custom services;
  • member resource access;
  • other plan-specific benefits.

The exact benefits, limitations, and pricing of each plan are described on the relevant Plans page, checkout page, or subscription page.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • subscriptions are billed in advance;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically;
  • cancellation stops future renewals;
  • cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period;
  • access may continue until the end of the paid period;
  • failed payment may suspend access;
  • plan benefits may change over time;
  • discounts may not apply retroactively;
  • included benefits may be limited by fair use, availability, scope, or scheduling.

Subscription refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy.


24. No Public Community Posting

JBH PRODS does not currently operate a public user-posting community on its main website.

If the website refers to “community resources,” “support community,” “Discord,” or similar wording, that may refer to resource access, support channels, external communities, or third-party platforms, not a public posting area owned and moderated as a main JBH PRODS website feature.

If JBH PRODS later launches comments, forums, member posting, discussion boards, or community features, additional rules may apply.

External platforms, such as Discord, itch.io, social media, or marketplaces, are governed by their own rules and policies.


25. User Submissions and Client Materials

You may submit materials to JBH PRODS through contact forms, emails, service briefs, support requests, upload forms, project communications, comments if enabled, reviews, testimonials, or other channels.

Submitted materials may include:

  • project briefs;
  • brand information;
  • business goals;
  • references;
  • images;
  • audio;
  • video;
  • documents;
  • datasets;
  • website links;
  • software logs;
  • bug reports;
  • screenshots;
  • technical information;
  • feedback;
  • testimonials;

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit those materials.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, private, sensitive, malicious, unauthorized, or third-party personal data unless necessary and legally permitted.

By submitting materials, you grant JBH PRODS the limited right to use them as needed to provide services, process orders, deliver support, create deliverables, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.


26. AI-Assisted Workflows

JBH PRODS may use AI-assisted tools, automation, machine learning, generative systems, code assistants, design tools, research assistants, audio tools, image tools, or workflow-support systems in its creative, technical, research, documentation, support, ideation, production, and development processes.

AI-assisted use may support:

  • research organization;
  • drafting;
  • ideation;
  • coding assistance;
  • design exploration;
  • audio/visual workflow support;
  • documentation;
  • internal productivity;
  • bug analysis;
  • content planning;
  • strategic structuring;
  • quality control.

AI-assisted work does not mean every output is fully automated or unrevised.

However, AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, bias, inaccuracies, artifacts, incomplete information, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing final deliverables before using them publicly, commercially, legally, or professionally.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal information for AI-assisted workflows unless necessary, authorized, and agreed in advance.


27. Insights, Articles, and Educational Content

JBH PRODS publishes insights, articles, studies, commentary, tutorials, frameworks, and educational resources related to creative industries, sociology, digital media, UI/UX, demographic research, accessibility, platforms, sonic branding, artistic systems, software, business, and digital culture.

This content is provided for informational, educational, creative, strategic, and commentary purposes only.

It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, investment, or regulated professional advice.

Articles may become outdated due to changes in law, technology, software, market conditions, platforms, cultural context, or third-party tools.

You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.


28. Portfolio, Concept Studies, and Case Studies

JBH PRODS may publish portfolio entries, concept studies, audits, public infrastructure tear-downs, mock projects, hypothetical brands, theoretical case studies, creative demonstrations, and research-driven examples.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, a “concept study” may be hypothetical, unsolicited, simulated, demonstrative, or created to show methodology and creative capability.

Concept studies do not necessarily indicate an actual client relationship, paid engagement, partnership, endorsement, or verified real-world campaign.

Numbers, modeled surveys, audit counts, projections, or research references in concept studies should be understood within the context presented on the relevant portfolio page.

For actual client work, JBH PRODS may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the project begins.


29. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback

If you submit a testimonial, review, endorsement, comment, or feedback, you give JBH PRODS permission to use it for website, portfolio, social media, marketing, product, or promotional purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.

We may edit testimonials for length, clarity, formatting, or grammar without changing the core meaning.

You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized testimonials.

Testimonials and examples do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same results.


30. Intellectual Property

  • studies;
  • portfolio materials;
  • methods;
  • concepts;
  • workflows;
  • product names;
  • service names.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, resell, modify, publish, license, exploit, imitate, or use JBH PRODS intellectual property without permission, except where allowed by law or by a specific product license.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


31. Ownership of Custom Deliverables

For custom services, ownership and usage rights depend on the service description, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • JBH PRODS retains ownership of pre-existing materials, methods, templates, internal tools, source files, drafts, unused concepts, know-how, and workflows;
  • you receive a license to use the final paid deliverables for the intended purpose after full payment;
  • unpaid, rejected, draft, or unused work remains owned by JBH PRODS;
  • source files are not included unless clearly stated;
  • third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses;
  • broader ownership transfers require written agreement.

32. Third-Party Tools, Platforms, and Services

JBH PRODS may use, mention, link to, integrate with, or create resources for third-party platforms and tools, including:

  • WordPress;
  • WooCommerce;
  • Godot;
  • Krita;
  • Lunacy;
  • DaVinci Resolve;
  • Waveform;
  • Inkscape;
  • Figma;
  • Aseprite;
  • Kdenlive;
  • hosting providers;
  • payment processors;
  • marketplaces;
  • analytics tools;
  • email tools;
  • security tools;
  • AI tools;
  • social media platforms;
  • Discord;
  • itch.io;
  • external plugin stores.

Third-party tools and platforms are controlled by their own providers and may have their own terms, licenses, policies, pricing, compatibility, and refund rules.

Mentioning a third-party product, company, platform, tool, or service does not mean JBH PRODS owns it, controls it, endorses it, is endorsed by it, or is officially affiliated with it unless clearly stated.

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms.


33. Third-Party Platform Purchases

Some JBH PRODS products may be sold or distributed through third-party platforms such as itch.io, marketplaces, plugin stores, or external checkout providers.

If you purchase through a third-party platform:

  • that platform’s terms may apply;
  • payment may be handled by the platform;
  • taxes and fees may be handled by the platform;
  • downloads may be controlled by the platform;
  • refund requests may need to be submitted through the platform;
  • account issues may need to be resolved with the platform;
  • JBH PRODS may not be able to directly process platform-side refunds or account changes.

JBH PRODS product-specific license terms still apply to the product to the extent permitted by the third-party platform’s rules.


34. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JBH PRODS, its website, products, services, downloads, software, accounts, or content to:

  • violate any law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • violate privacy or confidentiality rights;
  • upload malware, spyware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, or extract data without permission;
  • reverse engineer protected software where prohibited;

  • uninterrupted service;
  • error-free products;
  • future feature availability;
  • permanent third-party compatibility.

You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, testing, publication, business use, legal review, and final approval.
