Because our products are digital, intangible, and delivered immediately upon purchase, we maintain a general No Refund Policy. However, specific products may carry a conditional “Money-Back Guarantee” as explicitly stated on their respective pricing pages. The terms for these guarantees are outlined below.
1. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantees
If a specific Money-Back Guarantee (e.g., “14-Day Risk-Free,” “3-Day Guarantee”) is advertised on the product page at the time of your purchase, the following category-specific rules apply:
A. Membership Plans (e.g., JBH Prods Studio)
For subscriptions or memberships with a stated guarantee period, you are eligible for a full refund ONLY IF you meet the “Zero-Usage” criteria:
- You have NOT downloaded any digital assets, files, or premium content.
- You have NOT used any assigned “Energy” credits or virtual currency.
- You have NOT utilized any members-only services (e.g., strategy audits or private community access).
If our system logs show that you have downloaded assets or consumed credits, the Money-Back Guarantee is immediately voided, and no refund will be issued, regardless of the timeframe.
B. Licensed Software (e.g., Media Master Pro for WooCommerce)
Software products advertised with a “Risk-Free Guarantee” allow you to install and test the product. You may request a refund within the stated guarantee window for any reason, provided that:
- You submit your request within the designated guarantee window starting from the purchase date.
- You agree to immediately deactivate and uninstall the software from all your websites.
- We reserve the right to remotely disable your license key upon issuing the refund. Continued use of refunded software is a violation of international copyright laws.
C. Standard Exclusions (No Refunds)
For any product NOT explicitly advertised with a Money-Back Guarantee, or if the guarantee period has lapsed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide you don’t want the product after accessing it.
- Skill Level: If you lack the technical expertise to use the product (unless support fails to assist you).
- Incompatibility: Conflicts with third-party plugins/themes not listed as supported in our documentation.
- Mistaken Purchases: If you purchased the wrong license tier by accident and have already accessed the file/key.
2. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscriptions (e.g., Memberships or Annual Software Licenses):
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.
- Effect: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to your product until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
